Boat along the Western Canada's most historic river of discovery, the
mighty Fraser. From New Westminster to Steveston’s fish markets,
or perhaps a day-long tour to the Fraser's upper reaches for fishing,
site seeing, or an overnight camping trip at Pitt Lake.
Vancouver
Island
Victoria (1 - 2 days):
the provinces crown jewel. Visit our legislative buildings,
and across the street the world famous BC Museum. Buchart Gardens, Butterfly
world, whale watching tours, and of course tea at the iconic Empress
Hotel, and visit local grand estates built by B.C.’s original
tycoons are other sites that will pique your curiosity and increase
your knowledge of western Canada.
Tofino
(3 - 4 days): Salmon fishing, whale watching, and surfing.
Or, just relax on the beach to the sound of the endless waves breaking
on the pristine sandy shores. Do you want to go camping, or use a hotel?
Need more excitement and variety – a quick floatplane trip will
take you to Hot Springs Cove where after a short walk through a lush
forest you can bath in a natural hot springs, right beside the ocean.
Okanagan
Valley (3 - 4 days):
Wine, wine, wine. Wine and fruit, wine and swimming! Home to Canada’s
largest wine region with many world renowned wineries making this one
of Canada’s very special places. Camping, or hotel accomodations
available as we visit wineries from Osoyoos to Kelowna.
